Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 180 days of the order date. If no claim is made within this period, the product will be considered successfully delivered and downloaded. Failure to contact us during this timeframe confirms acceptance of delivery, and the order will no longer be eligible for a refund due to non-receipt.

 

2. Major Defects

All products are tested before release; however, unexpected technical issues may occasionally occur. If a major defect is reported and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your initial complaint or notification, you will be entitled to either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement product of equal or similar value

The choice between refund or replacement remains with the customer.

3. Product Not as Described

If the product you purchased does not match its description on our website, you must notify our technical support team within 180 days of purchase. Your request must include clear written evidence showing that the product differs significantly from its advertised description.
